Owner Vee was lovely and upgraded my room without warning, letting a few friends stay with me while they were camping at a nearby festival. She was very accommodating, and breakfast was delicious—kanomjeen and a hot latte. The guesthouse offers many open, quiet spaces to relax or stroll, and the décor is funky and eclectic. I’m thrilled to have found this place and would 100% recommend it to anyone in the area or looking for a quick, quiet weekend escape from the city. The beds were SUPER COZY!

“Auf der Durchreise”

We arrived just after 8 pm and the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was okay, and the grounds were well maintained and nicely laid out. The next day, we only received towels placed by the room. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. We stayed in a wooden house that smelled musty, and we didn’t appreciate that there were birds in large cages, though we understand that’s common in our area.

“Rip of, owner just sees you as a source of money”

The room was roomy and we liked having a sofa. The location forced us to eat at the owner’s restaurant, which was outrageously expensive. Food was offered without choice and the prices were made up, not the 100 baht advertised, and loud music played late into the night.

“You would be completely lucky to get a chance to visit this accommodation”

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful homestay in Chiang Mai, North Thailand, and were genuinely sad to leave. The owner was absolutely lovely — so welcoming, kind, and helpful from start to finish. She helped us book day trips, arrange taxis, organise laundry, and always replied quickly and clearly to any questions we had. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. The rooms and grounds were extremely well maintained, and you can really feel the care that goes into the place. The food was outstanding. We had dinner both nights and breakfasts each morning, and every meal was delicious, fresh, and clearly homemade. Some of the best food we’ve had on our trip. If you’re looking for a relaxing, authentic, and welcoming stay in Chiang Mai with fantastic hospitality, this homestay is perfect. We would 100% stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. It was perfect

“Best stay I've had in Thailand!”

I loved this place. In the US, I love to go camping and this was the closest I’ve been to camping here in Thailand. I loved the simple hut I stayed in, the porch overlooking the pond, the absolute cleanliness of this place. Yes there is some road noise but this place is magical. And Wiit, the woman running the place, is an absolute gem. The only thing I didn’t like was that I wanted to come back in February to stay for a week but it’s all booked!
