“Staff great, room abit tired with stains on the carpet and breakfast terrible. Good location though.”

Hotel was easy to check in and staff were helpful at the desk. Made it stress free. Breakfast was absolutely terrible. Went down with my partner at 7am (when breakfast started) and most of the cooked food was stone cold not even luke warm. My wife had cold porridge. Would tell anyone to avoid the breakfast, genuinely had better in a Wetherspoons. For a 4 star hotel this is atrocious

The hotel’s location is great and many places are within walking distance. The room size was just right, and check‑in and check‑out were completely hassle‑free. However, the carpet in the room was stained, the bed and pillow were not very comfortable, and there were mold spots in the shower.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was lovely and quiet.

“Lovely hotel, breakfast great quality.. maybe a bad day, service was poor”

We’ve stayed here before and loved the hotel and breakfast quality, but today the service was poor and a bit disappointing: many people were waiting for plates, there was no space to toast bread, buffet items were missing so people had to wait, and by the time we returned to the table half the breakfast was cold. It felt manic; maybe it was just a bad day.
