“Rude front desk personnel no hot water for most of time we stayed there”

The hotel was clean and the housekeeping staff were friendly. However, the front desk personnel were extremely rude and unprofessional—when I called first to confirm my reservation, the response was “don’t you have an email? If you do, why are you calling?” I considered turning back, but it was late at night, so I knew what I was getting into, and the rest of the experience matched that pattern. Hot water availability was inconsistent.

“Overall, it was ok for a one night stay.”

I appreciated the new wooden floor and the new bed linens; they were classy. The room was noisy because guests and staff shouted in the hallway in the morning. The room also lacked a chair and a small end table. The bed is too high for a short (4'8") handicapped woman to climb onto, so a small step‑stool near the bed would be helpful. The price is too high—nearly a hundred dollars after taxes.

I booked a room at the hotel, but when I arrived the man at the front desk was rude and nasty, so I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

“Overall are one night's day okay”

The sink and the chill were falling off the wall. The handicap bar for the tub was inadequate—there was only one right‑hand icap bar; a horizontal handicap bar in the tub is needed. The toilet in the handicap room was not to love.
