“Excellent stay”
The room was a nice size and I got a free upgrade, and the duty manager was excellent. The only downside was having to fiddle with the lifts to get anywhere.

The room was spacious, modern, and clean, and it was a short walk to Wan Chai MTR station with plenty of restaurants nearby. This was our third visit, and we’ll definitely return, hoping for a harbour view next time.

The location is very convenient, close to the MTR and surrounded by many restaurants. It would be better if they provided a scale for weighing luggage.

The rooms and the hotel itself were very enjoyable, with a very convenient location. The staff were friendly, and Michael at reception was very helpful. There was nothing negative.
