The room was freezing, the radiators barely worked, and the shower had no hot water. Everything felt a bit dirty, and the breakfast was just average—no juice for the kids, which was a let‑down. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing stay.

The hotel wasn’t cancellable, but a staff member helped me out and the manager ended up refunding half the cost—fair move. The rooms were in bad shape, upholstery was filthy, and the whole place smelled awful. It was old equipment, but if it were clean it might have been okay. Checked in and basically checked out the same day.

Breakfast buffet was solid, the location was great, and the room was fine. But the service felt impersonal, and there just weren't enough staff around.

Near the ski lift, free parking, and good value for the price. The rooms were small, dark, and the furniture looked old. On top of that, the TV remote was missing.
