Tourist Inn Hotel Amsterdam

The location was ideal for my short stay, and the staff’s flexibility in letting me leave luggage after check‑out until the afternoon let me make the most of my time before a later afternoon bus. The bed was very comfortable and had the privacy curtain that should be standard in hostels. I slept very well after a long overnight flight, and the other guests were quiet and respectful. The breakfast was fantastic!

“Great location, clean and safe”

The bed was super comfy, and I liked the privacy curtains in the six‑bed female dorm; after chatting with other solo travelers I realized this is a big plus since many hostels don’t provide them. A friendly note: it would help if the curtains were washed as often as the linens. Aside from that, everything was fine and I had a great stay. Overall, I had a really good time and am grateful for booking with you, so I’d give it a 7/10. The free breakfast was mixed: drinks like orange juice, coffee, and tea were fresh, the yogurt was good, but the fruit wasn’t fresh and the pancakes were a bit bland. I had some trouble with the room outlets, probably on my end, and my personal locker jammed frequently, but the staff was quick to help each time. It’s a great place overall!

“Would come again!”

The hostel is less than 10 minutes from the station and the main shopping streets, the staff were helpful, it was clean, and overall calm (it got a bit loud before 10 pm but they enforce a quiet rule before 11 pm, which was respected; I’m not bothered by that, but it’s expected in an Amsterdam hostel). The lock system was perfect! No complaints, as it’s a hostel and you know the situation you’re in; since I spent most days outside, I couldn’t really point out anything I didn’t enjoy.
