“Overall it should be more consistent, rooms floor mat is old , should be more hospitable”

The pool was a highlight, and the staff at the pool and sauna were surprisingly rude and aggressive; the lift was the only thing that worked. I wish they served Bangladeshi‑style tea instead of the bland tea they have in Sylhet.

“A very good experience to be there.”

I liked the location, the pool was great, and the Antalya restaurant served excellent food; the room was clean and fresh. We stayed one day and the staff behaved well, were kind and respectful, and the reception service was good.

I liked nothing about it. The room felt suffocating, the bed was too small, and the cramped space made it hard to breathe; the price was too high—showed me 7k for two rooms, then charged 10k at the property! Breakfast was okay but not great.
