“Spunti di miglioramento, ma struttura assolutamente valida”

The property is just a few minutes on foot from the center, welcoming and easy to get to. The beds are comfortable and there’s plenty of space for five people. The pre‑check‑in instructions about parking and the ZTL were great. I didn’t realize the check‑in was at number 15, so the key boxes with codes made me think we hadn’t received entry instructions. The kitchen lighting was weak, the toilet didn’t flush properly, and there were no coat hooks.

Good location. The facilities are old and not very clean.

Fair price and close to the historic center. The room is spacious. There was no small table, just one chair.

Great location right in the village. The beds are comfortable. I had a good stay. In the bathroom we were missing a shelf or something to hold items you need when you’re getting ready or shaving; the sink is large but doesn’t have enough space to put things in. The lighting in the bathroom isn’t very good. There were few hangers in the wardrobe and some were broken; it would be nice to have more, made of wood or a durable material. Just suggestions.

“Spacious and relaxing apartment close to city centre”

The apartment was much larger than we expected, with a small terrace at the back overlooking a park area. It was comfortable and well equipped. Five of us stayed and it still felt spacious. Check‑in was easy at reception, and the apartment was just a few doors down the street. The location was close to the town center. We parked in one of the car parks outside the town and walked in, which wasn’t very far. The toilet didn’t flush overnight but worked fine in the morning; we suspect it might be a town regulation to keep noise down at night, similar to Swiss laws, but we weren’t told about it so we’re not 100% sure.
