The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond, especially since it's a family‑run place; they helped a lot with a taxi issue. The stay itself was very comfortable, and the location was great—just a short walk from Matsuyama Castle, Dogo Onsen Honkan, Sogo Park, and the transport links. The only thing that could be better is the air‑conditioning in the elevator, which felt humid, probably because of the onsen vents.

The hot springs were clean and the facilities were good; the rooms were also tidy. It’s close to the bustling downtown, but the surrounding office buildings keep the area quiet. The only downside was that the shower on the 1st floor had too much water pressure and was painful.
