The apartment's clean and stylish decor, comfy bed, and spacious balcony were definite highlights. However, the check-in process was a bit of a hassle - it took way too long to get into the place after a long drive. It was frustrating, but the rest of the apartment made up for it.

We had a fantastic stay in this spacious apartment, which is perfectly located on the edge of Arouca center. The apartment was spotless and well maintained, and we loved sipping Douro wine on the balcony in the evenings. The kitchen and dining area on the ground floor were also really well equipped. Just be sure to bring your own oil, salt, and pepper.

The hotel's location was great, but the lack of amenities was a letdown. There was only one towel per person, and the bed didn't even have a top sheet - just a thick blanket for the summer. It was a bit of a weird setup.
