The place was spotless, snug, and very comfortable, and Paula was incredibly friendly. The B&B sits just outside Vicenza, but the ability to park on the premises was a real plus. It offers great value for money!

Paola is exceptionally kind, warm, and attentive. Even before we arrived she answered our questions quickly, gave us useful information, and you can feel she genuinely cares about her guests. That deserves a big compliment! The rooms themselves are also very nice and have been freshly renovated. I stayed in the “Green” room: spacious, tastefully furnished, with a lovely bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The windows are also superbly sound‑proofed – with them closed you hear almost nothing from the street. That is, however, where the biggest drawback lies: the location. The B&B is a bit set back from the road, yet traffic is still noticeably audible. Especially if you like sleeping with the windows open or tilted, or sitting outside, you should know it can get quite loud. The small terrace on the “Brown” room is nicely laid out, but the street noise limits its relaxing potential for sound‑sensitive people. In my “Green” room the two windows couldn’t be fully opened because they hit the curtain rod; you could tilt them but not open them completely. Another point that might matter to guests sensitive to smells: the detergent, fabric softener, or cleaning agents have a very strong, long‑lasting scent. For me it was so intense that I removed some of the bedding from the room. Those who barely notice scents or enjoy heavily fragranced laundry will probably have no issue – but for sensitive noses it’s good to know beforehand. I was also a bit surprised that our room was cleaned a few hours after we arrived while we were still away. For guests who are very sensitive to noise or smell, I would personally opt for a quieter accommodation.
