The staff behaved well, but the room was very small even for a single person, the area around the hotel was unhygienic, and the room carried an odor reminiscent of an old building.

“FINE FOR A SHORT STAY, NOTHING MORE.”

It’s close to good restaurants and take‑away shops, the room was spacious, breakfast was okay, hot showers all day, and it’s a walk to the train station, but at night the location feels unsafe with many drunk people on the roads, there’s little to see nearby, the area feels dull, the bathroom had mold, rooms need renovating, there’s no gym or pool, and morning breakfast can get chaotic with no seating when many guests arrive; staff were slow at serving and refilling stock, and overall breakfast was average.

“A clean and comfortable hotel with exceptionally helpful and attentive staff.”

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive, always checking whether we needed anything. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. A special thanks to Kishore from the housekeeping team and Feroze and Kiran from the dining team for their outstanding service and care. They made us feel very welcome and ensured we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended, and we would happily stay here again!

The staff are very kind and helpful, but it would be nice if hair conditioner were also provided.

“Good”

The breakfast was excellent overall; adding dessert and more croissant varieties would have made it even better. The location is also excellent.
