The communication was simple and the location was worse; I ended up in a place that made me feel terrified, alone as a woman.

The facilities matched the advertisement and the staff were helpful. However, the location was completely wrong and the place was a mess, making it nearly impossible to find. The owner’s contact details were incorrect and went straight to voicemail. The guesthouse sits in a dodgy area and was difficult to locate. Service on the first night was poor; the staff were unprepared for our arrival, showing a lack of organization. We had to change rooms three times due to a gas stove installation issue and non‑working showers, which felt very inexperienced. We were the only guests all weekend, yet the listing still showed the property as fully booked on the site, and the service remained unsatisfactory.

I want a refund. The policy states no refund for cancellations or no‑shows, but I arrived and was turned away. I slept in my vehicle after booking and paying for a room, left the facility at 00:50, and left a note at the gate. I arrived around 23:50, honked for 20 minutes, but no one opened the gate. Calls went to voicemail.
