Even though I ran into a few issues at check‑in, the staff handled everything responsibly and I could feel their enthusiasm. I need to be careful about whether it’s a non‑smoking room, so keep an eye on that when you arrive. If the water tower runs low, the bottom will have muddy water; it would help to know that ahead of time.

The hotel was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Mr. Hamza, in particular, gave us detailed information and took excellent care of us throughout our stay. We truly appreciate his kindness and support. Thank you! The hotel’s proximity to Petra is a big plus. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Despite the difficult situation, the war in Iran, and the lack of tourists, we were the only guests in the hotel and were very well welcomed; everything was done to satisfy us. A buffet wasn’t possible because of the low number of guests, but a breakfast was still offered. Thank you to the entire staff for being so considerate.
