The place was wonderful and very well situated, with excellent guides and access to the conservation area that lets you get close to the animals. The only downside was the water point at the lodge where many animals come to drink.

It sits inside the park with a nice view over the conservatory, but the staff and organization were absolutely unprofessional, cutting costs at every opportunity.

Manager Nicolene and the rest of the staff are amazing; the views from the common area and restaurant are outstanding, and the food is delicious.

The location, staff, and overall quality were great. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, but I would suggest adding some international options to the menu.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's delicious food, as well as the exceptional knowledge and language skills of our guide, who spoke English with perfect pronunciation. However, I was disappointed to discover that the hotel does not accept UnionPay cards, and I wish they had informed me of this prior to my stay.
