The place was clean, tidy, and comfortable for a night’s rest, and the staff were very responsive and helpful via Whatsapp; it’s a solid base for hiking in Cinque Terre and I even took a trip to Pisa from there. The only drawback was the road noise, which can be an issue for light sleepers or anyone who gets overwhelmed by loud sounds, and the AC was oddly cold even after raising the temperature.

Would have been nice with some coffee/tea cups to go with the electric kettle for making coffee or tea

Posizione perfetta a pochi minuti di macchina dal centro di La Spezia. Stanza accogliente con un ampio balcone! Tutto molto pulito e in ordine. Unico vero minimo problema non si riusciva a far funzionare il doccione della doccia (il doccino funzionava perfettamente)

The room was fairly new, comfortable, and centrally located, with excellent sound insulation. At night I couldn’t connect the TV, but the owner was concerned and helped me remotely. There was a kettle with teas and the bed was comfortable. The shower corners weren’t completely clean, and in a drawer that I assumed was a pantry there were opened biscuit packages, which I found unhygienic.
