A great choice overall, except for the Wi‑Fi. The Wi‑Fi was terrible and only worked in the lobby.

“Funzionale ma non da 4 stelle”

I booked a carpet‑free room but the staff mixed up my reservation, swapped me into a different room that still had carpet, and it wasn’t suitable. The hotel feels a bit dated, though the quiet area and breakfast were acceptable.

“Helpful staff, old hotel with weak AC”

The staff were genuinely professional and even helped me park the car in the underground garage, while breakfast was solid and the city view pleasant. The building felt dated, the central air‑conditioning was feeble and the wallpaper was peeling, but because the evenings were chilly the weak AC managed to bring the room down to a tolerable temperature after about four hours, so I could still get some sleep.

“Good value for money and very good staff.”

The location works well for me, the room was clean and quiet, and the price was good value.
