It’s close to the Clock Tower, yet despite a 21:00 late‑check‑in being approved, the room wasn’t ready, the included breakfast bar was closed so we left without eating, the contact phones went unanswered, and the elevator was only for luggage, forcing us to climb three flights of stairs.

The « ghost checkin » and the service provided by Matthias to help me checkin despite my late hour arrival without meeting each other. Awesome work. The noise of the fan is sleep killer

A room that’s stunningly spacious with a huge bathroom, but the door’s insulation is weak—there’s a gap in the wood letting you see through.
