They upgraded my accommodation because the room I had booked wasn't available when I arrived. There were too many flies at breakfast, which was extremely unpleasant and totally unhygienic. Terrible.

The place is peaceful and surrounded by awe‑striking nature, and the breakfast is delicious; the staff are eager to make sure you have a great experience. I think the access could be better for people with mobility issues; we didn't need it, but if we wanted to bring an elderly friend it might be a bit tricky.

The staff are super attentive, the structure is excellent, and the view is beautiful. Nothing to add.

The view over the bay, the calm, and nature were positives. The pool chairs were very dirty. Breakfast was a bit basic. We were in a low‑season period, which might explain some of the complaints. Ubers don’t go to the hotel; you have to go through the hotel’s partner drivers, so you pay double the price because they have to come empty from the city center. Still, the price remains reasonable.
