The setting felt magical, cozy, and every corner seemed special; the building’s layout—corridors, cute windows, lounges, stairs, and decorations—was intriguing, and the rooms were very spacious, making the stay enjoyable, though during a long weekend it was hard to find a scooter to rent, so plan ahead.

I appreciated the toiletries and the bath area, but the hotel offered no value for money, lacked facilities and amenities, and the breakfast spread was very small despite the ITC rating.

A boutique hotel in Goa that really stands out – the staff were always cheerful, smiling, and eager to help, and the rooms were spacious and well arranged; breakfast was excellent, and the price offered great value.

The place was cozy and ideal for a weekend escape with tourist spots nearby, but the AC never worked; after complaining twice and emailing ITC, I got no reply, and the AC unit was far from the bed while the fan wasn’t overhead, leaving me drenched in sweat during the night.
