The property is clean, welcoming, and spacious (triple room with one double bed and one single, bathroom with a nice large shower) and modern. It’s close to the Basilica di San Paolo, the bus stop, the B metro line to reach other parts of Rome, and the Bambino Gesù, which is a 5‑minute walk. The lack of window screens means they can’t be left open, and when I tried, the mosquitoes thought I’d booked them too; with the current temperatures, I couldn’t avoid keeping the air‑conditioner on all night, which is a bit noisy. Also, the soap dispensers were empty.

The shower is separate from the second room and the kitchen is very cute; everything else was fine.

Only the bathroom is good. The bed is not a double; it opens into two small beds, which is dangerous for a child. The room is tiny, and there is constant noise day and night.
