The hotel staff treated us like royalty: Philip and Maza were devoted and escorted us wherever we needed to go. Marik went out of her way to quickly find a doctor for me to calm me, and the rest of the team were extremely welcoming and courteous. The hotel also surprised us with little thoughtful gestures that made us happy.
