Good location, clean room, easy access, and a safe street to leave the car. The heat was a drawback.

I liked the location and how easy it was to get to the place, the shower had strong, warm water, and the host was quick to reply. But there was a very strong candida smell, the room felt stuffy, so if you have breathing issues, asthma, or claustrophobia, I wouldn't recommend it. The suite 04 was badly positioned, being the first one at the entrance and next to the shared pantry; everyone who entered made noise and woke us. At 6 am a group of people started chatting right by our window, making it impossible to sleep and even harder to rest. I didn't notice the ad that mentioned extra charges (clothes, blanket, pillow, and bath towels cost 50 reais). The mattresses and pillows were covered with only one plastic sheet, and there was no soap or hand‑drying towel in the bathroom.

The location was very good. The noise was a problem, so I wouldn't stay next door again.

“Mais uma vez que eu me hospedo no local e mais uma vez eu saio muito satisfeito.”

The location is excellent, close to everything. The security is also very good. This is my second stay here and I plan to return many times. The only thing that disrupted the trip was the rain, so I would have liked to stay a bit longer. Otherwise, I have nothing to complain about regarding the facilities.
