The facilities are complete and hot‑water issues are handled quickly. The surroundings are relatively quiet and the staff provide timely help. Chinese tourists need to bring their own chargers because the charging equipment doesn’t work with their devices.

My experience was truly amazing from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my request for non-spicy food, and I was blown away by their exceptional service. Everything about my stay was great, and I was impressed by the hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction.

I was impressed by the friendly and attentive staff, as well as the cleanliness of the hotel. The gym on the top floor was a highlight, with a wide range of equipment, including vibrating platforms. However, I was a bit disappointed that there was no sunbathing terrace.

While there were some positives to my stay, such as the excellent shower and late check-out, I was somewhat let down by the food. The breakfast was average at best, and I was surprised by the lack of options, such as hash browns and grilled tomatoes. The dinner I had, which included fish and chips, was also a bit of a disappointment, with the fish being overcooked and the chicken being very bony. However, the receptionist was very helpful, which was a bright spot.
