The location and room design were superb, but it was very noisy—there was a newborn sleeping in the room next to ours.

The spot is perfect; a bakery sits next door for your pastries, and you can also have breakfast there. The room looked clean and tidy, the bed was fine, and the décor was cozy. Coffee and tea facilities were great, and there was a nice welcome card. However, the rooms were noisy, the windows in my room didn’t close properly and one of them was unusable. The carpeting on the stairs and hallways was very worn, which shows it’s time for a refresh. I also missed a TV instruction guide, but I had my iPad to watch live TV. The only fan available in the room wasn’t enough to keep the heat down.

The location was good, but there were many problems: no key for the back entrance, the door was either locked or left open all day, the terrace was dirty and neglected. During our 5‑day stay we saw no beach or coffee staff, only email contact. We tried several times to reach out: the coffee machine didn’t work or taste good, the whole table was damaged by moisture, which was already known. For four nights we received only 2 towels; after emailing we were told more would arrive, but nothing did. On the last day we were allowed to stay until 10 pm, yet in the morning the access code stopped working, so we couldn’t retrieve our belongings from the room on time. Overall, a place I’ll never return to.

Parking was a nightmare. In the end I paid almost 80 € for two days’ parking. The info said we could park on a lot for 8 € per day, but there was no one at the site to ask, and both the host and Easy Park were unhelpful. It felt almost like a scam and wasted a lot of time trying to sort it out. On top of that, the bathroom almost flooded due to poor window insulation. It definitely needs renovation.
