The location was excellent, and the breakfast was extensive and beautifully presented, but the room was right next to the stairs and very noisy.

The spot is spot‑on and the terrace was flawless, yet the mattress is extremely hard and not the most cozy.

Everything! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the place was spot‑on, just a short stroll from the station and very near the lake and the iconic bridges, breakfast was superb and I adored the historic vibe and charm of the hotel, with many treasures displayed in the hallways – my favorite being the antique rocking horse. Dinner on the Terrace was also fantastic. I valued the complimentary coffee and tea in the guest lounge, and the evening visits from the lovely lady who handed out suggestions for day‑trip itineraries.
