The front desk staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable, but the place was SO LOUD!!! The door code never worked, and as a solo female traveler I got locked out after showering at 1 am with no staff response. This happened several times and you could hear others having the same issue all night. It made me uneasy whenever I left the room—walls are thin, and the bathrooms aren’t the cleanest.

The location is good and the showers are hot, but you can hear everything outside—calls to prayer or garbage trucks at night when you’re trying to sleep.

It’s cheap and close to Komtar. Of course it’s in Georgetown, so if you like walking you can stay here. Solo travelers or couples can stay here 🤣. The mattress and bed were very uncomfortable. My room 204 had a door handle that looked broken, it was easy to open from the outside, and the lock was missing.
