Four Points by Sheraton Norwood Conference Center

The place was immaculately clean and the staff amazing; breakfast was great, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The only downside was the distance to Boston city centre.

The beer at night was good, but the heating fan was far too loud and the windows couldn’t be opened.

“Definitely would never stay here again”

Unfortunately, my family's stay at this hotel was marred by some serious issues with the service and pool safety. To make matters worse, we were left waiting in the lobby, soaked and shivering, after I forgot my key and the front desk staff refused to let my husband and daughter in. However, the hotel did make things right by comping our breakfast, which was a delicious and much-needed treat after our ordeal.

While I appreciated the cleanliness of this hotel, I found it to be a bit overwhelming in terms of its size. The hotel's sprawling layout made it difficult for me to navigate, and I often found myself getting lost in the vast corridors. Despite this, the hotel's cleanliness was a major plus, and I appreciated the attention to detail that went into keeping the rooms and public areas spotless.
