The staff were attentive, especially their politeness, kindness, and willingness to help. The location was great, and tea and biscuits were available in the room— the best I’ve ever had. The décor was nice. Breakfast was an issue: you have to ask the waiters, who also attend to non‑guests, making it clear that the staff level was insufficient for the demand. We heard many complaints, despite the team’s effort. The quality of the bed and towels could have been better.

The location was fine, but the hotel itself was very old, the rooms were worn out, and the cleaning was poor; when we left, the staff had forgotten our trousers in the wardrobe and couldn’t find them.

The hotel’s location was convenient for everywhere, the subway station was close, and the night was quiet and comfortable; the tub‑room helped me recover from 20,000 steps each day, and the staff were all kind, chatting happily when we went to the restaurant at night, so I’d definitely stay again.
