The reception team was very bad; after checking in they gave us a room with a broken bathroom, then moved us to an even worse one, and when we said that wasn’t acceptable they told us to leave the same room.

The location is excellent, close to a famous temple and shops, and the staff are friendly and efficient—Rupesh was especially helpful, thank you. The room we were given had very low shower water pressure, but the staff quickly responded and swapped rooms.
