Overall a decent hotel, but the bed fell short – the mattress was very worn and sagged on both sides, ruining the sleep.

“Un soggiorno di lusso quasi nel mezzo della Solfatara”

Albergo meraviglioso, la vista dalla terrazza della zona colazione è impagabile. Camera ampia, ben rifinita e molto comoda, dotata anche di angolo cottura, piccolo, ma più che sufficiente per le necessità di una coppia in ferie. Il personale è estremamente cortese e disponibile, ti fanno sentire praticamente coccolato. La colazione a buffet è degna della location, grande scelta ed ottima qualità

“Buona colazione”

The highlight is the very abundant and varied breakfast, the car parking is useful, and the location is good for exploring the area; however, for the level of the property, some flaws shown in the photos could be improved.

A stay that will stay with me forever in a beautifully detailed place. The room was roomy and spotless, but the real highlight was the breathtaking view from the property that offered pure relaxation moments. The staff made the whole experience unforgettable; special thanks to Jennifer, Ugo, and Luigi, whose kindness and constant presence made us feel literally at home, always caring, smiling, and super helpful for any need. A heartfelt thank you also goes to the chef for the culinary delights! The only downside was the air conditioning, which was set at a decidedly TOO LOW temperature, sometimes a bit excessive.
