Marko is truly an exceptional host! The amount of attention he gives to guests, along with spotless cleanliness and the tidy condition of the entire property and room, completely wowed me. He surpassed all my expectations and made the stay perfect. Heartfelt recommendations and I’ll definitely return! The apartment is a bit further from the center, requiring a short drive, but that very distance offers perfect peace, quiet, and a night free from city noise. For anyone looking for a genuinely restful break, this is a huge advantage.

This accommodation is ideal for spending several days in Rovinj. It’s outside the center in a very quiet residential area and offers free parking. At the end of the street you can start a walk toward Zlatni Rt, arriving at the beach area in about 5 minutes. To reach the old town you must walk half an hour, or take a car or bike. The staff are very friendly, the apartment is new and clean. Everything was perfect.

The location is in a quiet area, though not exactly right next to the center of Rovigno (about 35 minutes walking). The constant availability of spare towels and linens is appreciated. In our apartment there were two double bedrooms as shown in the listing, but only one had windows facing outside, while the other had only a skylight overlooking the staircase. With the hot weather during our stay and only one split unit, placed in the living room and practically useless for cooling the rooms, we had to keep the sliding door between the two rooms open to let air flow into the skylight room. This could work for a family (parents with 1 or 2 kids), but becomes unacceptable for two couples of friends!
