“Carpet dirty, sticky. Pungent smell. A/C cover fell off and hit my ankle when barely touched.”

The waffles were good, but there were no proteins.

“Wont stay here again.”

The spot was convenient, but the room was stuffy with a slight odor, and when we turned on the AC we found mold on all the grates and both curtains; the desk clerk tried to clean it but didn’t remove all of it and we didn’t get new curtains, so sleeping there felt gross. We’d have gone elsewhere if not for the concert‑crowded bookings. The bathroom door barely cleared the toilet and didn’t shut, and the pool needed a serious vacuum. Pay a bit more and stay elsewhere.

“As expected, so all good”

The bathroom door needed WD40 on the hinges, and everything else was clean except the hairdryer on the wall was as dusty as could be; otherwise, all was fine.

“It wasn't bad but it wasn't great.”

The mattress was comfy and the room was clean, but a wake‑up call set for 4 am came at 2:30 am; the platform was smaller than the mattress so it shifted, the pool room smelled like paint thinner, it took 10 minutes to get someone at the front desk, a phone was left out that just rang another desk phone, and the room’s heater/AC squealed and grunted.
