From the airport pick‑up to the speedboat drop‑off and throughout the stay, the staff were all very helpful and kind; the location offers great views and beachfront, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, plus an onsite coffee shop; the room and especially the bed were very comfortable—great stay, thanks guys.

I wish the breakfast had a wider selection of fruits, but overall it was fine.

The service was five stars, with staff who were very attentive from start to finish. The room was clean and in good condition, and they arranged a quick room cleaning for an unplanned early check‑in. The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but given the service it wasn’t a major issue.
