“Comfortable beds but some staff need more training!!”

The room was roomy and the bed was big with crisp sheets and a comfy mattress, so we both slept well. The breakfast menu had a wide range of options and was good quality. One of the bartenders tried to clear our table while we were still eating our crisps and moved a crisp to another open packet on the table with his fingers so he could clear the empty packet! We were moved from the bar to the seating area, which was fine. First, a staff member was going around spraying tables nearby and then another started vacuuming around us so we couldn't keep talking. We told him there was a loose tissue on the floor but he said it was too big to pick up. It was still there the next afternoon!

The location was central, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the bath was nice. It was quite expensive, but I think that’s because of the location.

“Good hotel.”

It was close to all the best parts of Stratford on Avon. The Bistrot food was not cooked with care – it was often overcooked.
