The first room was dirty, the hot water barely worked, and the air conditioning was poor. The staff offered to move me to a more comfortable room, but the Wi‑Fi didn’t work the entire time, and there was barely any mobile reception. The worst part was that I urgently needed to go to the pharmacy or hospital that night because I was sunburned, but the staff locked the front door and simply left. I couldn’t get to the pharmacy or hospital all night until the morning! Only in the morning did a staff member arrive and open the door. They gave me a broken key, and I couldn’t open the front door with it. The staff didn’t respond to all my messages or calls, and no one even apologized after this incident!

“Súper recomendable!”

The room was spacious, the bedding super comfy, and the pillows just right; there was a pool and a kitchen, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, like everywhere in Bali. Nothing to complain about – we’d definitely come back.

“Lovely, peaceful, very helpful, no complaints with the staff or property itself it was lovely”

The property is gorgeous and the staff were great, but I had some trouble finding my way back at night since it doesn't always show up on maps. On my last night, a grab driver dropped me off in the wrong spot, my phone died, and I was stuck 10 minutes away - it was a bit of a challenge, but I'd still stay here again.

The room was huge and the place was really clean, plus the staff were amazing - super helpful and kind. Check-in was smooth and they even helped us out when we had a problem with the grab app on the way to the airport.
