The breakfast was decent, the staff were friendly, and everything tasted great with a wide selection. The only issue was that the bar signage was terribly unclear; the small letters were invisible at night, and the building’s exterior had graffiti that looked more like vandalism than art. I drove past the hotel three times and never spotted the sign, wandering for 30 minutes within a 1.5 km radius before realizing it was a hotel. Parking was impossible, even for unpacking. The room itself was charming, clean, and had a nice interior design typical of an old townhouse; the windows in the dining area didn’t hint that it was a hotel from the outside, but inside it was tidy and modern. There was no large, brightly lit “HOTEL IBIS” sign visible from afar.
