Quiet place, simple people. No coffee in the morning, the spring mattress was terrible, and the other two mattresses didn’t fit us – had to leave feet or head out.

Excellent location, far from the carnival chaos but close to restaurants, markets, and attractions like the Seven Falls, Simão, Recanto, and the Pedra do Forno and Pedra Chanfrada trails. The city center is only 10 minutes away on a dirt road. The only thing that could be better is the road access – it needs to be paved. Many sections are cobblestone, which helps. A tip for the city to boost tourism.
