We stayed during the New Year holidays and the hosts were very welcoming; they arranged transfers and a tour of Svaneti. The house is small but comfortable, with two floors – the first for dining and kitchen, the second for bedrooms. Hearty breakfasts were available for an extra fee, and you can grill a barbecue outside. The house isn’t in the very center, which is actually a plus. A café is 50 m from the house. No downsides were found.

What a wonderful place with the best hosts in the world <3 The spot is clean and comfortable, and from the balcony you can admire beautiful views. Hosts Elene and Yva are extremely friendly; we felt right at home. We’ll definitely come back.

Staying at this guesthouse was an absolute delight. The atmosphere was incredibly cozy and warm, truly a home away from home. The location was perfect, but what made our stay special was Elene, the host. She is one of the kindest and most thoughtful people we’ve met. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. The room and bathroom were spotless and super comfortable. And the highlight? Waking up to the smell of fresh, homemade pancakes – they were absolutely delicious! This wasn’t just a stay, it was a heartfelt experience we’ll always remember. Thank you, Elene, for everything!
