The room was beautiful and very comfortable, but the bathroom seemed sized for children. At check‑in the lady had a bad attitude and didn’t appreciate us; I was told we could pay when we arrived, but it turned out cash wasn’t accepted, which is unfair because not everyone has a Visa. The pool area had no towels, parking cost extra when it should have been included, and breakfast was okay but lacked items like bacon for those who don’t eat sausages. I’m not sure I’d return or recommend it; it feels like only people with plenty of money can afford it, and not everyone has a credit card.

Loved the room and the food was good. The elevators didn’t work , although it wasn’t their fault it made the stay a lot more uncomfortable being on a higher floor with three kids
