The receptionist, Mr. Robert, was very clean and friendly; he helped and guided us to explore the city, which was our first time in Vancouver.

The location and the spaciousness of the room are great.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was well lit. The hotel is very easy to find and convenient for downtown, with plenty of food options nearby. There’s no elevator, so heavy bags will be a bit of a challenge, and there’s no free breakfast. The shower leaks onto the floor because it only has a curtain, not a door.
