The staff were very considerate. However, the price isn’t entirely satisfactory; dinner reservations must be made three days in advance and there’s no room service, so you have to cook yourself or go out, which is inconvenient. There are no decent places nearby to eat, and during the two breakfasts the vegetable course offered no dishes that didn’t involve vegetables. With a single night costing 400,000 ¥, I think you need to have breakfast options and in‑house meals prepared to feel satisfied. If the meal issues aren’t resolved, I probably won’t return.

Every meal was delicious, and the level of detail in the management made the stay feel worth the price. I can’t help but think it might be the kind of dream ryokan people imagine. I can’t walk outside for a stroll, but there’s plenty to do inside, so that’s not a big problem.

The location is close to both Sapporo and the airport, the facilities are fantastic, and privacy is perfectly protected. The rooms are fully equipped and the food is top‑class. The price is a bit high, but it’s still reasonable.

Everything was perfect. The hotel offered many thoughtful services and facilities. The hot spring and sauna were the best indulgence in winter, and the outdoor campfire with marshmallow roasting made wonderful bedtime memories for the kids. We had a fantastic time celebrating New Year’s Eve and Lunar New Year here. The in‑room chef service was amazing, with delicious and creative dishes cooked right in front of us. Watching the chef cook while spending time in the cozy cabin in the snow created unforgettable memories. The only thing that could be improved is that the heating in the bedroom area and the underfloor heating could be a bit warmer.
