The staff were kind, attentive, and friendly; the room was spotless with excellent bedding and a modern bathroom, and the central location made it easy to explore Arles, but there was no free parking nearby and the surrounding spots had meters.

Everything was flawless; a very warm person at the reception recommended a great restaurant, the breakfast was hearty and varied, and the location was ideal—only downside was that the parking was full.

The hotel and room had just been renovated, everything was spotless, the staff were very helpful, the breakfast was excellent, it was within walking distance of the station and all the historic sights, we were able to leave our bags during the day, and we would definitely come back if we’re in Arles again—nothing to add.
