Okay. Get rid of the dead and live roaches!

The owners were very friendly. Our door keypad stopped working and the door wouldn’t open even with their key, but they were quick to fix it. The location is good and the property is well maintained. The room had a few roaches and other bugs, which is expected with exterior doors. The AC unit didn’t keep the room as cool as we’d like, but otherwise the room was clean.

They tried to keep the deposit from the last time we checked in just because my boyfriend checked in and I checked out; they tried to say a card was used until I called my boyfriend on speaker and she didn’t offer to look in the book or on the computer, she just handed the deposit to me. This was our experience the second time staying. This is a last resort for us.
