The services were excellent, the food good, and the location great, but the pool felt a bit cold.

The location was great as a base for trips around the valley. The accommodation and pool were nice. The restaurant staff (except for one exception) weren’t very proactive – there were problems with English, slow replenishment of items at breakfast or dinner. For dinner, scheduled from 18 to 20, nothing had been replenished after 19. The sauna had to be booked in advance, otherwise it wasn’t available.

“Ottimo soggiorno”

A beautiful building in the lovely village of Ried Im Zillertal. The room was comfortable, spacious, very clean, and offered a nice view. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent and plentiful. Some evenings featured themed dinners or buffets. The waiter was friendly and good. We also liked the bar area, which was very welcoming, and the pool area, which was truly relaxing. They organize and recommend nice activities for kids in the area. The room décor could be refreshed; it feels a bit dated, but comfort is there. The pillow wasn’t very firm, but that’s subjective.

We booked five nights and everything was wonderful from beginning to end, with staff who were exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home throughout our stay. Our room offered a stunning mountain view, the breakfasts and dinners were delicious and even included a kids’ menu, and the pool was pleasant though the water felt a bit too cold for our taste. The rooms were tidy, clean and well‑maintained, and housekeeping did a great job each day. The only tiny drawback was the lack of a fridge in the room, but we brought our own so it didn’t really bother us. All in all it was a fantastic experience and we gladly recommend the hotel and would love to return.
