“Very pleasant”
We appreciated the comfy bed, the nice breakfast, and the convenient location, and honestly there was nothing we didn’t like – it was all very pleasant.

The hotel is stunningly lovely! Erikka is such an excellent hostess and took care of us in an exceptional way. We stayed for two night! The first night, after a long day of travelling we were in bed asleep by 10.30pm. At 11pm we were awoken by thumping, head banging “music”! The noise continued until 2.30am when we finally got some rest! We spoke to Erikka in the morning and she apologised profusely and explained that her hotel is actually situated above a night club which has been in situ for 40 years! She said she would speak to the owner of the night club. The next night, the “music” actually started a lot earlier and did not stop until 4.30am! I think Erika’s hotel and her business is amazing! I would never stay there again

The location is great for exploring the city on foot, the room is comfortable, cosy, and well decorated, and the welcome was warm with a fantastic breakfast 😀. The only downside was a bit of noise late at night, probably because a nightclub is close to the building.

We had a lovely stay; our room was huge and comfy, and the location was perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from Chania’s main square, making city exploration easy. Breakfast was another highlight – the local products were great, especially the homemade sponge cakes; the passion fruit one was absolutely delicious and a favourite. The staff were warm and welcoming, offering great recommendations for places to visit and things to see around Chania, which we appreciated. Overall a wonderful stay and a great base for discovering Chania, and we’d happily return. The only small area for improvement was attention to detail in room service: on our first night we only had hand towels and no bath towels, which made showering a bit tricky, and there was no water in the room. Both were provided the next day, so it seemed like an oversight at check‑in. We also felt the room could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly, especially the floor – I dropped some hair and it was still there after the room was serviced. These were minor details that didn’t detract from an otherwise wonderful stay, and we would happily come back.
