Nothing positive. The employees’ attitude was bad; they encouraged us to cancel bookings from travel companies that offered lower prices than the one we had booked, and after we cancelled they created confusion with higher pricing.

I didn't find anything to like. The front office staff were inefficient, openly discussing their personal matters with the Manager in front of guests. Their planning was poor, and by 4 pm several families were still waiting to check in.
