The staff were really helpful and the place was clean. They were always ready to answer any questions and supported us while traveling with elderly parents. Because of that, we asked for an adjacent room and a late check‑in, and they were very accommodating. The staff were friendly and caring and provided all the support during our long 13‑night stay. Nothing about the accommodation needs changing—keep up the good work.

The small sink drain in the toilet has a nasty smell.

I can’t comment on the hat because I wasn’t there; they cancelled my booking last minute. They just cancelled my reservation an hour before my arrival (the price on the booking was apparently too low). I would not recommend it, because that was really annoying to have to find a different hotel.
