When I checked in, the receptionist was a friendly young lady, but the entrance area felt dirty. The room looked tidy at first glance, yet it quickly became clear that hygiene was lacking, with black mold everywhere that made it impossible to sleep. I missed breakfast because of a time mix‑up, and the morning receptionist handled the situation unfriendly. The room was awful and filthy. The overall cleanliness of the hotel, especially the reception and hallway, was poor, with heavy mold on the bed and in various spots, which differed from the photos.

I liked the complimentary offers with the reservation, such as coffee or another drink, fruit, and free sweets. The room was a bit cold and I couldn’t use the existing air‑conditioner, only a central command.

The location near Zuid WTC was great, the receptionists were nice, and the room was spacious. However, the room was very hot, the window wouldn’t open, one light switch by the bed was broken, the air‑conditioner didn’t work well, and the shower wasn’t cleaned properly.
