The room was large and very convenient for the airport. It would have been better if the bus stop opposite were operational, but that’s not a reflection on the property. It could have been a bit cleaner, and the bedside lights didn’t work because they hadn’t been charged.

The facility is great, but a bedside lamp would be useful, and a mirror would be a nice addition. The bathroom was really small, which is a drawback.

The location is good for a quick stopover at NEC. The bed was quite hard, and the main road outside was noisy.

The room was clean, but a switch was hanging off the wall, and someone had left an open bottle of water in the room.

We were at an event at NEC, so the location was excellent – a short bus ride away with easy self‑access across the road from a Harvester Inn, making it perfect for a one‑night stay. The staff were very accommodating for early check‑in and late checkout because of our flight times. The bedroom was a little cold; while the heater turned on in the evening, it could stay on a bit longer now that the weather is getting colder.
